Mindfulness Course
INNER STRENGTH - MINDFULNESS COURSE (Level 1, Four Week Course)
WHY THIS PROGRAM?
Discover how Mindfulness can positive impact on your Physical and Mental Health.
Research has shown that people who are more mindful are happier and report less anxious, depressed, and angry.
A higher degree of mindfulness is also associated with reduced stress and increased gratitude, hope, and vitality.
So if practising mindfulness holds such powerful potential for our well-being, why aren’t we all doing it every day? The reason is that we often need more guidance and support than simply downloading an app.
We need to better understand the underlying processes and research behind mindfulness. Our new program INNER STRENGTH is designed to walk you through everything you need to fully understand mindfulness and experience the profound effects it can have on your life.

Jason Best (Mindfulness & Breathwork Instructor)
HOW THIS PROGRAM CAME ABOUT
Jason Best, the proprietor of Full Circle and the facilitator of this course, embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery and personal growth in his early thirties when he found himself pondering the question, “What is life all about?”. The birth of his son further emphasized the importance of family as his highest value, and he wondered if one day his son might seek answers to the same question. This curiosity became the catalyst for his transformative exploration.
Jason’s quest began with the exploration of meditation, seeking a practice that offered both accountability and the opportunity to seek guidance when needed. This led him to choose Transcendent meditation, which he came across Russell Brand. He was fortunate to connect with a kind-hearted instructor in Galway who introduced him to the art of meditation.
However, amidst his meditative journey, Jason faced the heartache of losing his father just two months later. During this trying period, his meditation practice became a source of strength and support, helping him navigate through difficult times.
Over the course of three years, Jason dedicated himself to Transcendent meditation, practising it twice a day for 20 minutes with remarkable consistency. This commitment brought him to a profound realization about the tranquillity and calmness that could be achieved by quieting the mind. He delved into various books, including “Power Of Now” and “The Untethered Soul,” which further enlightened him about the power of the mind and the notion that one is not defined by their thoughts but can shape their own mental landscape.
Driven by a hunger for more knowledge on this transformative path, Jason’s sister, Andrea, a psychotherapist and psychologist, introduced him to mindfulness. Witnessing the impact of mindfulness-based stress reduction courses co-facilitated by Andrea in Sligo sparked Jason’s keen interest in this practice. Additionally, a dear friend, Pat Divilly, introduced him to breathwork, which, when combined with mindfulness, provided a holistic approach to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit.
Inspired by the profound experiences he had with mindfulness and breathwork, Jason pursued formal training to become a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), considering it the gold standard in mindfulness practices. He also became a qualified instructor in Wim Hof breathwork.
Integrating mindfulness and breathwork into his daily routine brought about significant positive changes for Jason. Mindfulness allowed him to carry less emotional baggage throughout each day, while breathwork served as a transformative tool to release old emotional burdens.
Now, with a clear purpose, Jason’s mission is to share these life-changing skills with others, empowering them to live better and more fulfilling lives. His passion for helping others find inner peace, balance, and self-awareness shines through as he guides his students on their unique journeys of growth and self-discovery.
